Our books are a mess. How can you help?As part of the onboarding process, We will first set up/diagnose/clean up/catch up your books. This can be done for any period depending on your needs and then offer a special discount to new clients who decide to work with us for the monthly recurring service.

How do your bookkeeping services work?Contact us with your requirements via phone, email, or the form below We understand your requirements and give you a price quote The cloud accounting software we use are QuickBooks Online, Sage, and Xero. We set you up if you don't have any accounting software or you give us access if you already use any of these softwares. You send all relevant documents to us through a secure Dropbox, email, or Google Drive account every week or month We let you know if we have any questions or if there is any missing information. Upon receipt of all documents, we update your books in QuickBooks We will upload your reports and software back-ups in the clouds upon completion of your bookkeeping and answer any questions that you have​ Monthly/Quarterly reports will be provided to you by no later than the 15th of the following month unless communicated otherwise beforehand.
