How do your bookkeeping services work?

We understand your requirements and give a quote
You send all relevant documents to us through a secure Dropbox, email, or Google Drive account every week or month
We let you know if we have any questions or if there is any missing information.
We use cloud accounting software such as Quickbooks Online
Upon receipt of all documents, we update your books in Quickbooks
We will upload your reports and software back-ups in the clouds upon completion of your bookkeeping and answer any questions that you have

How much do you charge?
We work on a flat monthly rate that is payable on the 1st of the month. Our prices are dependent on the industry, size of the company, complexity, the volume of activities, and your business needs.
There will be a one-time fee if your books are behind and need any clean-up and/or catch-up.
After our initial consultation, we’ll agree on a FIXED monthly rate so you know exactly how much you’ll pay each month.
On average, our monthly clients typically see pricing in the $250 to $1500 per month range. Our customized prices may be over this range for books with more accounts and complexity. For simple books with few accounts, our customized pricing may fall below this range.
Catch up and clean up projects are charged a monthly rate multiplied by the number of months to be cleaned-up and also depending on the scope of work. Projects of any size are welcome, and small projects as well.
